B Talk #7 Business Outlook With ‘Dosen Jualan’

Kubi UAD kolaborasi dengan JSM DIY mengadakan business talk yang ke 7. Kesempatan forum diskusi yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 20 Desember 2021 menghadirkan narasumber yang sudah malang melintang di dunia bisnis yaitu Suryadin Laoddang yang sekenal dengan julukan Dosen Jualan. Beliau memaparkan dunia bisnis yang akan dihadapi pada tahun 2022 berdasarkan data yang sudah ada pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Beberapa poin besar yang Beliau paparkan adalah tentang permodalan, produk, marketing, dan platform sosial media.

Beberapa tips yang diberikan adalah cara menghadapi anak milenial yang mendominasi dunia bisnis pada tahun depan. Generasi muda merupakan investasi besar jika dapat diolah dan diberi kesempatan.

B Talk#6 Ngobrol Santai Bareng

Kubi UAD bersama dengan JSM DIY mengadakan B-talk untuk yang ke 6 pada tanggal 19 November 2021. Pada kesempatan ini Kubi UAD mengundang narasumber yaitu mas Bagas Alimpad Panggarahita Purwateksa. Sharing dilakukan dengan mepaparkan profil dan obrolan mengenai prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh mas bagas. Banyak prestasi yang telah diraih dalam bidang wirausaha, sepak terjang mas bagas di dunia wirausaha sudah sangat banyak, sebelum sesukses sekarang mas bagas pernah berada di posisi terendah dalam hidupnya, ketika dia bangkrut dari perusahaam MLM dan mengalami kebangkrutan sebesar 1,3 M.

Beberapa tips disampaikan berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi Bagas Alimpad di dunia niaga. Tips mengenai strategi berdagang di media sosial, investasi, hingga cara menarik pelanggan untuk tertarik kepada produk yang diperdagangkan. Salah satu tips yang disampaikan pada forum adalah ”masuki lingkungan yang mampu menguatkan secara spiritual dan finansial sehingga membuat kita selalu bergerak”

B-Talk #5 Ngobrol Santai Bareng

Kubi UAD bersama dengan JSM DIY mengadakan B-talk untuk yang ke 5 pada tanggal 20 September 2021. Pada kesempatan ini Kubi UAD mengundang narasumber owner Rocket Chicken yaitu Bapak Nurul Atik. Sharing dilakukan dengan mepaparkan profil dan cara pengelolaan Rocket Chicken yang saat ini sudah memiliki hingga 900 cabang di seluruh Indonesia. Bisnis Rocket Chicken merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman cepat saji, pendirian outlet dimulai dari tahun 2010 hingga sekarang sudah banyak bermitra dan memiliki banyak gerai.

B talk#5 dihadiri oleh kurang lebih 50 participants, sesi tanya jawab berjalan dengan meriah menanyakan seputar suplay ayam, cara menstabilakn harga, hingga cara membuka cabang untuk kerja sama. Rocket Chicken mengutamakan kualitas SDM sehingga terus mengadakan training dan motivasi untuk menjadikan mitra yang loyal kepada perusahaan. Salah satu pesan dari Bapak Nurul Atik adalah “Ditekuni, Dijalankan, Fokus. Sisihkan hasil untuk ibadah”

[Bussiness Talk] B-Talk #3 “Who is Halal Certification For?”

Yogyakarta – Studying the issue of halal certification is a very interesting topic to discuss. So far, it is deemed that halal certification is not needed considering because the processing procedure is difficult and very expensive. So, actually who is halal certification for?

The Office of Business and Investment (KUBI) of UAD in collaboration with JSM DIY tried to answer all these problems by holding a Webinar Bussiness Talk B-Talk # 3 with the topic “Who is halal certification for?” (20/03/2021)

“The consumer trend demands halal certification, so it is hoped that producers will be eager to get the halal certification.” said Mr. Riduwan, Head of KUBI UAD, when giving a speech at the beginning of the event in collaboration with JSM DIY trying to answer all these problems by holding a Webinar Bussiness Talk B-Talk #3.

The Business Talk activity, which is routinely held every 20th, is carried out online through the Zoom Meeting and is attended by participants from various sectors, namely students, lecturers and the general public. This Business Talk presented 2 speakers, namely Mustofa Ahda, S.Si., M.Sc. (UAD Halal Center) and Ir. Nanung Danar, S. Pt., M. P., Ph.D. (Halal Research Center Faculty of Agriculture UGM).

In his presentation, Ir. Nanung Danar, S. Pt., M. P., Ph.D. said that halal certification is an affirmation of product quality, that the product produced is halal. “Halal is a quality, a certain quality achievement. The level is more than international because it is a matter for the world and the hereafter.” (NN)

[Forum Saudagar] Miras between Business, Politics, and Religion

Yogyakarta – The revocation of industrial investment regulations regarding alcoholic beverages listed in the Presidential Decree has become a hot topic of conversation in recent weeks. However, has this revocation show the government’s goodwill in an effort to reduce the circulation of alcohol in the community?

Responding to this, the Office of Business and Investment Affairs (KUBI) UAD collaborated with MEK PWM DIY, JSM, and PPSK (Pusat Pengkajian Strategi dan Kebijakan) to hold a [Forum Saudagar] Strategy and Policy “Miras between Business, Politics, and Religion”. This activity was broadcast live on TV stations, ADiTV. (09/03/2021)

“Thanks to President Joko Widodo for revoking the attachment to Presidential Decree No. 10 of 2021. Although legally this has not been completed, this is the first step in respecting religious knowledge and teachings” said the chairman of PP Muhammadiyah, Dr. Anwar Abbas, M.M., M.Ag. which is connected to the [Forum Saudagar] Miras between Business, Politics and Religion via video conference.

Activities guided by Dr. Rangga Almahendra, S.T., M.M., President Director of ADiTV, presented 6 speakers, namely Dr. Anwar Abbas, M.M., M.Ag. (MUI Representative), Tazbir, S.H., M.Hum. (Tourism Consultant), Ir. Nanung Dono, S.Pt., M.P., Ph, D. (Director of Halal Center, Faculty of Animal Husbandry UGM), Dr. Idul Rishan, S.H., LL.M., (Academician of FH UII), Akhmad Akbar Susanto, S.E., M.phil., Ph.D. (Academician of FEB UGM).

Head of KUBI UAD, Dr. Riduwan, S.E., M.Ag., said that there must be coordination between religious leaders and government. The government must strictly prohibit and religious leaders must educate the public.

“It is the duty of religious leaders and the government must strictly prohibit it, so that the interests of the community and the government will run” said Dr. Riduwan, S.E., M.Ag. in this [Forum Saudagar] Miras between Business, Politics, and Religion. (NN)

B-Talk #2 “Business Network”

KUBI’s routine online activities on 20th, B-Talk, Business Talk. This activity was held on last Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 08.00 -10.00 p.m., with the theme was Business Network.
Attended by members of JSM DIY, students and lecturers, this activity was opened by Dr. Riduwan, S.E., M.Ag. as the Head of KUBI UAD. This activity presented 2 speakers who are experts in their fields, namely M. Ghufron Mustqim (Co-founder of Evermos) and Coach Erwin (National Motivator). It has been explained how to build and strengthen business networks in the pandemic era.

B-Talk #1 with JSM and RadioMu

B-talk Program is present every month on the 20th. B-talk # 1 is held on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021 via zoom. Speakers Heri Zudianto (owner of Margaria Group) and Noor Liesna Pamella with the moderator Taufik Ridwan (Owner of Kuden coffee). Talk about business economics study presented by the speaker on strategies to build business and strategies doing business during a pandemic. Attended by approximately 50 participants.
